1. Scope of the Policy

This policy governs the contractual relationship between Sivin Matrimony and its Registered Referrers/Agents. It outlines the terms under which compensation is earned for referring new paid subscribers to the platform.

2. Commission Structure

For every successful, verified paid subscription, the Registered Referrer/Agent is eligible for the following:

Amount/Rate — Condition

Referral Fee: ₹100 (Minimum)
For every unique paid subscription received via the Agent’s link.

Bonus: Variable
Additional bonuses may be credited based on an incentives policy that will be decided by the company from time to time.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Payout

To ensure a valid referral, all the following conditions must be met:

1. Unique Link Usage

The user must register exclusively through the unique online referral link generated by the Sivin Matrimony App for that specific Agent.

2. Paid Conversion

The user must subscribe to a “Paid Plan.” Free registrations or trial profiles do not qualify for commission.

3. Payment Realization

Commission is earned only after the full subscription fee is successfully received and credited to the Sivin Matrimony bank account.

4. Payment Cycle & Terms

Verification
A mandatory 7-day “Cooling Period” applies to all new subscriptions to ensure no payment reversals or chargebacks occur.

Payout Frequency
Accumulated fees will be settled via UPI or Direct Bank Transfer to the Agent’s registered account on the company’s scheduled payout dates.

Taxation
All payments are subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per the prevailing Indian Income Tax laws.

5. Anti-Fraud & Misuse Policy

Sivin Matrimony reserves the right to void any commission and terminate the Agent’s contract if:

Misrepresentation
The Agent provides false information about Sivin Matrimony services or pricing to potential users.

Robotic/Spam Traffic
Referrals generated through automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized mass-spamming will lead to an immediate permanent ban.

Reputational Damage
The Agent engages in any conduct that negatively impacts the brand image of Sivin Matrimony.

6. Amendment Rights

Sivin Matrimony reserves the absolute right to change the base fee, update the incentive policy, or modify payout terms at its sole discretion.

1. Accuracy of Information

2. Personal Safety & Interaction

4. No Guarantee of Marriage

Registration on this platform is for the purpose of finding potential matches. Sivin Matrimony does not guarantee a successful match, a proposal, or a marriage as a result of using our services.
